Service for artist: packaging and delivery of your watercolor painting
We help for you to prepare and to send your artworks to the exhibition
The exhibition may take place in Russia or in another country
What needs to be done to the painter - participant of the exhibition
Prepare the work for participation in the exhibition:
- photos and captions (on the front and back of the work)
- On a separate sheet of paper - specify your name and address for the return of work. Attach with masking tape to the back of the work
- Put the work in a tube or special box and send it through the transport company
or We take your artwork with special transport service in your home or your artworkshop
You can also bring your work to our address in person without packaging.
Send a fee for participation in the exhibition and pay for transportation costs.

Possible expenses
- Registration fee for participation in the exhibition
- Bank Commission and currency conversion for transferring the fee to the organizer;
- Reference-permission, i.e. the expertise of the Ministry of culture of the Russian Federation is 10 euro for one watercolor artwork, if sending is carried out group or IWS Russia team, in case of individual and urgent sending, the cost of the document from the expert of the Ministry of culture can be up to 20 euros
- Sending artwork in Russia from 50 euro to 10 euro (via DHL service, FEDEX service, UPS service, EMS service, CDEK pick-up point, Government Russian post service);
- Sending the artwork back to the artist from 50 euro to 10 euro (via DHL service, FEDEX service, UPS service, EMS service, CDEK pick-up point, Government Russian post service);
- sending artwork to an international exhibition from 50 euro to 20 euro per one painting by artist for sending and packaging
